Registered Dietitian, Consulting Nutritionist in
Westchester, NY
I am a
Registered Dietitian and Consulting Nutritionist in
Westchester County, NY.
While my nutrition offices are located in Ossining,
NY and Cortlandt Manor, NY, most of my clients come from all areas of Westchester, Putnam
and Rockland Counties.
I have been helping individuals
and families with their food and nutrition needs for over 30
years.
Because I participate in so many
health insurance plans,
my services are very affordable for most of my clients and I am
able to help them improve their health and nutrition throughout
their life cycle and as their health conditions change.
I provide nutrition counseling
and the support needed to change eating behaviors aimed at
improving health, preventing disease, and maintaining weight.
Every
Body is Different!
If you are looking for a Registered Dietitian or Nutritionist in
Westchester County who treats every body as an individual, I
hope that you contact me.
My patients come in all shapes
and sizes....infants and seniors, men and women, underweight and
overweight, those who are healthy and those with serious medical
conditions.
Some patients find me on their own, through personal
recommendations or through a referral from their physician.
I begin with assessing your diet
and health, talk to you about your personal motivations for
change, develop a personal nutrition and eating plan, work with
you to set realistic goals for you, teach
you how to implement the plan and monitor your progress.
We'll
talk about your general well-being, such as level of tiredness.
We'll discuss if you eat when you are hungry or if you use food
to satisfy cravings or to overcome moods. And, we'll factor the
importance of regular exercise into your lifestyle changes.
From "A to Z," here are some of the reasons that people come to me at my
